Yael Orejuela

Associate Digital Campaigner at Working Families Party

Yael Orejuela is an experienced digital campaigner with a current role as Associate Digital Campaigner at the Working Families Party, where responsibilities include preparing written content for various digital channels and producing HTML samples for email and action campaigns. Previously, Orejuela served as a Communications Fellow at Progressive Pipeline and held an Administrative Assistant position in the Women's and Gender Studies Office at Syracuse University, providing administrative support and performing clerical tasks. Additionally, as a Co-Curator for the SU Art Galleries, Orejuela co-curated an exhibition with Professor Sally J. Cornelison. Earlier experience includes an editorial internship with Black History Month Florence and the Black Archive Alliance, focusing on archival research related to African histories. Orejuela holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications and Rhetorical Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Women’s and Gender Studies from Syracuse University.
