Sean Anker currently serves as Chief Technology Officer at WFYI Public Media since June 2023. Prior positions include Director of Engineering at WFXT Boston 25 News from April 2015 to July 2023, where Sean focused on technical operations and managed key projects such as the construction of transmitter sites. Previous experience includes roles at KRQE Media Group, KOB-TV, and Innovative, where Sean held various engineering and leadership positions, and contributed significantly to production and programming operations. Sean co-owned Alamosa Books, which catered to children and educators until its closure, and began a career in broadcasting at WFYI, progressing from Maintenance Engineer to various engineering roles. Sean's educational background includes attendance at Ball State University from 1987 to 1988.
