Tiffany Mertz has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Tiffany started their career at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College, where they worked as a Theatre Department Student Assistant from 2009 to 2013. In this role, they were responsible for maintaining the costume shop and props department, as well as assisting with general office tasks.

After that, Tiffany worked at Guitar Center as a Customer Service representative from 2013 to 2014. Tiffany then transitioned to the role of Workforce Specialist from 2014 to 2015, where they focused on workforce management and coordination.

In 2016, Tiffany joined Reach For Youth, Inc., where they served in multiple roles. Firstly, they worked as a Registration & Scheduling Coordinator from 2016 to 2018, where they managed registrations and schedules for the organization. Then they took on the role of Social Media Coordinator from 2017 to 2018, where they handled social media activities for the organization.

Most recently, Tiffany worked at WFYI Public Media from 2018 to 2020. Tiffany began as a Special Projects Coordinator in the Executive Department, providing project management and administrative assistance for special projects. Later, they transitioned to the role of Administrative & Facilities Services Coordinator, where they supported the Administration and Facilities Departments in delivering superior service for tenants, staff, and special projects.

Throughout their work experience, Tiffany has demonstrated strong project management and administrative skills, as well as the ability to support multiple departments and deliver exceptional service.

Tiffany Mertz obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Theatre/Theater from Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College from 2008 to 2013. Tiffany then earned a certificate in ICD-10 Medical Coding - Module 1: Introduction to Coding Course from 360training.com in 2018. Additionally, they obtained a certificate in HIPAA for Business Associates from the same institution in 2018. Prior to their college education, Tiffany Mertz completed their Academic Honors Diploma at Northview High School from 2004 to 2008. In August 2018, they obtained a certification in Psychological First Aid from Johns Hopkins University through Coursera.
