Matt Wilton

Matthew Wilton serves as the Group Sector Lead for Defence and Space and Senior Project Manager at WGA (Wallbridge Gilbert Aztec) since February 2021. With over 35 years of experience, WGA is a national multi-disciplinary engineering firm focused on innovative and economical solutions. Prior to this, Matthew held the role of Design/Portfolio Lead at Aurecon from January 2012 to January 2021, having started there as a structural engineering graduate and advancing to Design Lead by 2018. Earlier experience includes working as an Undergraduate Structural Engineer at Wood & Grieve Engineers, where Matthew completed a four-month internship during the last year of a Bachelor of Civil and Infrastructure Engineering degree from RMIT University, earned between 2009 and 2011. Education was initiated at Mentone Grammar from 2000 to 2005.
