Shirley Leung

Shirley Leung is a seasoned journalist with extensive experience in business and editorial roles, currently serving as a columnist and associate editor at Boston Globe Media Partners since February 2004. Leung writes a business column that explores the intersection of business, politics, gender, and diversity in the workplace, and has received multiple accolades, including being a two-time honoree from SABEW, a four-time finalist for the Gerald Loeb Award, and recognition as one of Boston Magazine's 100 Most Influential People in Boston. Previously, Leung held leadership positions including Interim Editorial Page Editor and Assistant Managing Editor/Business at the Boston Globe. In addition to contributions to Boston Public Radio, Leung also worked as a staff reporter for the Wall Street Journal and began a journalism career at the Baltimore Sun and the Boston Globe.
