Mark Shaver

Mark Shaver serves as the Vice President of Strategy Execution at WGL, overseeing strategic planning, business intelligence, and project delivery within the Strategy & Innovation team. With a robust career at WGL since August 1997, Mark has held various leadership roles, including Assistant Vice President for Performance Management and Business Services, and Director of the Project Management Office. Responsibilities have included managing strategic initiatives, optimizing performance management, transforming customer information systems, and enhancing customer service and accounts processes. Prior to WGL, Mark worked as a Sales & Marketing Specialist at Sippican, Inc. Mark holds an MBA in Marketing and International Business from the University at Buffalo, earned from 1989 to 1994.
