Miranda Ming has over 14 years of work experience in the finance and tax industry. Miranda most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer at WGM Group, Inc., a Montana consulting firm offering a range of civil engineering, planning, and environmental services. Prior to that, they were a Senior Manager at Wipfli LLP, where they led and managed complex tax compliance engagements and provided guidance to other accountants. Miranda also worked as a Manager at Galusha, Higgins, & Galusha, P.C., specializing in tax planning and compliance for clients in various industries. Miranda began their career as an Associate Federal Tax at KPMG, where they gained experience in corporate tax services and mergers and acquisitions activities.

Miranda Ming's education history begins in 1997 when they attended The University of Montana - College of Business and obtained a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting in 2001. Miranda further pursued their studies at the University of Montana and obtained a Masters of Accounting degree in 2002.

In terms of certifications, Miranda became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Washington State after receiving certification from the Washington State Board of Accountancy in January 2004. Miranda also obtained their CPA designation in Montana, certified by the Montana Board of Public Accountants in August 2005.
