Kaitlin Sharkey

Kaitlin Sharkey is an experienced sports anchor and reporter currently serving at WGN-TV since June 2022. Prior to this role, Kaitlin worked at Fox Corporation from March 2017 to April 2022, where responsibilities included anchoring sportscasts, reporting from major sports events, and contributing to a weekly sports show. Previous experience also includes a position at iHeartMedia as a radio personality and several roles at WBAY-TV and WSAW-TV, where Kaitlin produced, wrote, and anchored daily sportscasts, covered live sporting events, and created digital content. Kaitlin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, earned between 2009 and 2013.
