Ray Cortopassi

Ray Cortopassi is an experienced journalist with a robust career in broadcasting, currently serving as an Anchor/Reporter at WGN-TV since September 2020. Prior to this role, Ray had an extensive tenure at WXIN Fox 59 Indianapolis from August 2009 to September 2020 as an Anchor/Reporter. Ray’s early experience includes positions at WTHR-TV, where roles spanned from Reporter/Anchor to Freelance Reporter/Anchor between 2008 and 2009. In addition, Ray served as the Executive Director of the Zionsville Chamber of Commerce from 2008 to 2011. Ray began a career in journalism at WRTV from 1999 to 2008 and worked as a News Anchor/Reporter at KTNV from 1996 to 1999, as well as at WPBN-TV from 1994 to 1996. Ray's formal education includes studies at Columbia College Chicago from 1988 to 1990.
