Susan Rivera

Susan Rivera is a seasoned journalist with extensive experience in writing and content production. Currently serving as a Staff Writer at WGN-TV since July 2016, Rivera previously held the position of Content Producer at NBC Chicago from July 2009 to April 2016. Early career roles include Assistant Producer at NBCUniversal, Inc. for "In The Loop With iVillage," and at Telemundo in Chicago as a Producer. Rivera's background also features work as an Associate Producer at News 12 the Bronx. Susan Rivera holds a Master of Arts in Journalism from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
