Bill Guinn

Bill Guinn is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at ServiceAide, Inc. since June 2016, Bill has been instrumental in leveraging machine learning and Big Data capabilities. As a co-founder and CTO of WGSigma Systems, Inc., Bill focuses on delivering AI-based solutions that analyze and interpret complex information. In addition to these roles, Bill holds positions as a board member at multiple companies, including SERVICEAIDE SERVICE MANAGEMENT PRIVATE LIMITED and Cal.net, and has consulted on Big Data strategy for Huawei Technologies. Bill's earlier roles include senior leadership positions at SUMMUS Software, Amdocs, and DBS Systems. Bill earned a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
