Joseph F Borg is currently the Co-Head of the WH UAE Desk at WH Partners in Dubai. Joseph F is also a Partner, Head of Innovative Technologies, and Senior Advisor at WH Partners, specializing in legal services for the gaming, blockchain, fintech, and technology industries. In addition, Joseph F serves as a Board Member for the Virtual Assets Business Section at The Malta Chamber, lectures on Gaming Law at the University of Malta, and is a Co-Founder of bitmalta. With extensive experience in the legal and gaming sectors, Joseph previously held positions at the Lotteries and Gaming Authority, Vodafone Malta, and BC Advocates. Joseph F holds multiple degrees in Law, Information Technology, Telecommunications, and Gaming from various prestigious institutions.
