Previously, Traci held the position of OR Director of Commercial Insurance and Personal Lines at AssuredPartners from April 2023 to May 2025, and worked as a Commercial Lines Manager at WHA Insurance for a brief period in late 2022. Traci's earlier roles include Director of Operations at OneLove Church from November 2021 to December 2022, as well as Agency Chief Operating Officer and Operations Manager at AssuredPartners from August 2018 to September 2021. Traci began a career in insurance at Pacific Hometown Insurance Inc. as a Senior Commercial Agent, serving from April 2003 to March 2017.
