Joe Hamilton

Joe Hamilton is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in production design and technical support within the vehicle manufacturing industry. Since August 2016, Joe has been with Whale Tankers, progressing from Apprentice Service Engineer to the role of Production Design Team Leader, where responsibilities include guiding a team to achieve high standards of vehicle designs while adhering to production schedules. Proficient in SOLIDWORKS and related applications, Joe ensures compliance with industry legislation during the design process. Educationally, Joe is pursuing a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering Design and ILM Level 3 Leadership and Management, building on a solid foundation of mechanical engineering qualifications from various institutions. Noteworthy experience also includes a brief tenure at Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team, providing initial insight into engineering practices in a high-performance environment.
