Prior to this role, McClary served as a Tax Manager at Deloitte, focusing on clients in the real estate industry and middle-market businesses. Earlier experience includes working as an Assistant Auditor at the Auditor of State of Ohio and a brief cooperative experience at Southern Air Transport. McClary began a professional career in the United States Marine Corps, where service as a Sergeant laid the foundation for leadership and discipline. McClary holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
