Carolina Peralta is a skilled professional with a solid background in customer service and operations management. Currently serving as a Coordinator and Item Admin at Whalen Furniture since March 2022, Carolina has previously held the role of Account Operations CSR. Prior experience includes working at the YMCA of San Diego County from February 2018 to April 2021 as both a Member Services Representative and a Quality Assurance Specialist. Carolina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a specialization in Human Resources from San Diego State University, obtained between 2015 and 2019.
