Kate Sokyrko

Kate Sokyrko is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in growth and operations. Currently serving as the Head of Growth and Operations at Whales Marketing since May 2022, Kate leads B2B marketing strategies, manages hiring and team expansion, and oversees acquisition program health through data-driven reporting. Previously at AgileEngine from January 2017 to May 2020, Kate held roles as the Inbound Team Lead and Marketing Manager, where responsibilities included coaching marketing teams, executing campaigns, and optimizing content across various platforms. Kate holds a Master of Business Administration in International Business from ISMA, Informacijas Sistemu Menedžmenta Augstskola, obtained in June 2018.
