Nicholas Dudley

Nicholas Dudley is an Associate Attorney at Wharton Aldhizer & Weaver since August 2022, with prior experience as a Judicial Law Clerk at Norfolk Circuit Court from August 2021 to July 2022. Nicholas has also served as a Law Clerk in the Civil Medicaid Fraud Division at the Texas Attorney General's office and worked at the Albemarle County Commonwealth's Attorney's Office. Earlier experience includes internships at Bruchez Goss Thornton Meronoff & Briers, PC, the Bexar County Criminal District Attorney's Office, and the Office of U.S. Congressman Will Hurd. Nicholas holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Texas A&M University.
