Sushil Tyagi

Sushil Tyagi is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in national security policy research, defense technology, and innovative maritime solutions. Currently serving as a Doctoral Fellow at RAND and a J5 ORSA volunteer officer at the California Military Department, Sushil has co-founded Berkeley Marine Robotics Inc. to advance university R&D in defense-tech and the maritime industry. Sushil's leadership roles on various boards, including TMA BlueTech™ and the World Ocean Council, reflect a commitment to maritime security and deep-tech investments.
