Wharton Asia Exchange
Austin Wang is currently a TA for Cis 5500/Database and Information Systems at Penn Engineering. Previously, Austin worked as a Deep Learning Researcher at the University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine. Prior to that, Austin was a Quant, Macro Investment Analyst at Wharton Asia Exchange. At Wharton Undergraduate Data Analytics Club, Austin served as the VP of Education, and at Analytics at Wharton, Austin was a Data Science Analyst. Additionally, Austin was the Team Captain for the National Taiwan Team at the International Young Physicists Tournament, earning a Bronze medal. Austin holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania and completed high school at Taipei American School with a focus on Physics and Economics.

The Wharton Asia Exchange (WAX) is a professional student-run organization of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
