Kathleen Chen is a dedicated student at The Wharton School and the University of Pennsylvania, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a concentration in Finance and Business Analytics, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in East Asian Languages and Civilizations with a concentration in China. Currently serving as a Summer Private Equity Intern at BlackBern Partners LLC since March 2023, Kathleen has also been actively involved in the Corporate Relations Committee of the Wharton Asia Exchange since January 2022. Kathleen's educational journey began at Westridge School, where foundational studies were completed from 2013 to 2021.

The Wharton Asia Exchange (WAX) is a professional student-run organization of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. It was founded with the intention of bridging the gap between the University community and the Asian business environment.
