Jon-Rolfe Sparks

Jon-Rolfe Sparks, MBA, has a robust background in project management and construction, currently serving as Project Manager and Project Superintendent at Wharton-Smith, Inc. since March 2021. Previous experience includes roles as Assistant Project Manager at WELBRO Building Corporation from February 2017 to March 2021, and Project Engineer at The Douglas Company from May 2014 to February 2016. Jon-Rolfe began a career in the U.S. Army as a Cavalry Scout from February 2008 to December 2012. Jon-Rolfe's foundational experience in carpentry includes work as a Journeyman Carpenter/Framer at William Solburg & Associates from May 2000 to August 2008. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Liberty University and a B.S. in Construction Management from Seminole State College of Florida.
