Stefanie Reardon

Stefanie Reardon currently serves as a Marketing Specialist and Proposal Coordinator at Wharton-Smith, Inc. since May 2024, and is a member of SMPS Central Florida. Previously, Stefanie held the position of Regional Vice President for the ABC Florida East Coast Chapter, achieving high levels of member engagement and retention. Additionally, Stefanie worked as Regional Director for the Space Coast Area, focusing on member recruitment and event management. Experience also includes serving as Development & Stewardship Lead at Halieus International Support Missions, as well as various roles in the Central Florida Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc., leading membership initiatives that earned multiple awards. Earlier career highlights include supervising operations at Universal Orlando Resort and a lengthy tenure at FedEx Office, where significant improvements in employee turnover were achieved. Stefanie holds a degree in Construction Management from the Turner School of Construction Management and has pursued coursework in Organizational Communication and English at Rollins College.
