Isabella Sanchez is currently an Incoming Real Estate & Private Markets GTP Analyst at UBS, having previously served as a Summer Analyst within the same department. Isabella is actively involved in the Wharton Undergraduate Real Estate Club as Co-Head of the Communications Committee, focusing on enhancing the club's website and creating marketing materials. In addition, Isabella contributes to ArchTank as a member of the Operations and Development Committee, organizing member events and firm visits. Previous experience includes an Interior Design Internship at Indy Home, where Isabella conducted site analyses and produced design plans, as well as a Summer Internship at Beyer Blinder Belle, where architectural drawings were developed using Revit and insights into NYC zoning laws were gained. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and History of Art from the University of Pennsylvania, anticipated in May 2025. Isabella's early career also includes roles in sales and stock management, along with ongoing participation in a commercial real estate internship through SEO.

The Wharton Undergraduate Real Estate Club is dedicated to educating the Penn community about the real estate industry and exposing the undergraduate student body to the various opportunities in the field. It seeks to provide an intellectual environment that not only allows students to learn, but also to network and build meaningful foundations for success in real estate. WUREC provides increased access to the Ballard Luncheon Series, Zell/Lurie Mentorship Program, MBA/Undergraduate Real Estate Club Mixers, Masters of Real Estate Lecture Series, site visits, MBA Lecture Series events, and Resume Book.
