Wharton Undergraduate Real Estate Club (WUREC)
Joshua Huang is an undergraduate student at The Wharton School pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Economics, with an expected graduation in 2026. Joshua has extensive experience in real estate and finance, currently serving as the incoming 2025 Real Estate Acquisitions Intern at Sculptor Capital Management. Joshua is actively involved in the Wharton Undergraduate Real Estate Club, holding positions as Institute Head and Webmaster. Previous roles include Real Estate Portfolio Manager and Analyst at Wharton Asia Exchange, Finance & Acquisitions Intern at Stockton Real Estate Advisors, and Service Operations Intern at HSB - Hartford Steam Boiler. Additionally, Joshua contributed to Children of Promise Asia as the Business Development & Marketing Lead, fostering job creation for individuals with disabilities. Joshua has also excelled academically, graduating as salutatorian from The Episcopal Academy in 2022.

The Wharton Undergraduate Real Estate Club is dedicated to educating the Penn community about the real estate industry and exposing the undergraduate student body to the various opportunities in the field. It seeks to provide an intellectual environment that not only allows students to learn, but also to network and build meaningful foundations for success in real estate. WUREC provides increased access to the Ballard Luncheon Series, Zell/Lurie Mentorship Program, MBA/Undergraduate Real Estate Club Mixers, Masters of Real Estate Lecture Series, site visits, MBA Lecture Series events, and Resume Book.
