Lil Lusty

Lil Lusty is an experienced professional with a robust background in innovation and leadership. Currently serving as a Shine Leader at Shine for Women since June 2016, Lil is dedicated to facilitating impactful programs aimed at advancing women's leadership in the corporate world. Previously, Lil held multiple roles at ?What If! Innovation Partners from May 2008 to the present, including Senior Inventor, Inventor, and Practice Commercial Manager, and served as Commercial Manager earlier in the career. Additional experience includes roles as Moderator at Promise Corporation, Project Manager at Brainchild Creative, and Senior Sales Executive at Conde Nast. Lil holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Economics and Economic History from the University of York, completed in 2005.
