Sapphire Withers currently serves as the Fintech Innovation Lab Lead at FinTech Innovation Lab London since December 2024. Prior to this, Sapphire held positions at ?What If! Innovation | Part of Accenture as an Innovation and Strategy Consultant and Innovation and Strategy Analyst from January 2021. Previous experience includes working as a Market Analyst at Claxton Engineering Services Ltd. from November 2018 to January 2021, and as an Executive Assistant at The Australian Lending & Investment Centre in 2018. Additional roles include Student Ambassador at The Economist, International Business School Ambassador at the University of Lincoln, and various marketing positions at Thomond Ltd and Aviva. Sapphire holds a BA in International Business Management from the University of Lincoln and has also studied at Universidad de Málaga.
