Jeff Weinstein

Jeff Weinstein, PHR, SHRM-CP has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Jeff began their career at Dirtbag's in 1992 as a Door Manager, where they worked until 1994. Following this, they joined Souper Salad, Inc. as an Opening Team Coordinator from 1994 to 1998. Since 1998, Jeff has been with Whataburger, initially working as a Human Resources Leader and later assuming the role of Vice President, Human Resources. At Whataburger, they have provided strategic direction and leadership to various HR functions. Jeff successfully implemented a new Bonus Plan to enhance performance and profitability and played a collaborative role in refining a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion framework.

Jeff Weinstein, PHR, SHRM-CP graduated from the University of Arizona in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. In 2010, they obtained the PHR certification from the HR Certification Institute-HRCI, and in 2015, they obtained the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
