Mark Trevino

Mark Trevino has extensive experience in training and instructional design, currently serving as a Sr. Whataburger University Instructor at Whataburger since December 2014, where responsibilities include facilitating leadership development and measuring program effectiveness. Prior to this role, Mark worked as an Instructional Designer III at H.E.B. Grocery Company, focusing on training solutions across various business units and successfully developing a comprehensive training program for Joe V’s SmartShop. Mark’s earlier experience at H-E-B Retail Company includes multiple roles such as Associate Systems Specialist, Training Coordinator, Operations Trainer, and Assistant Service Manager, where contributions encompassed content development, job skills training, and customer service management. Mark holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
