Misha Johanna has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Misha started their career as a Radio Broadcaster at CPP Radionet, where they hosted daily song request programs and weekly song chart shows. Misha then worked as a Teacher of Indonesian Language at REALIA Language & Culture Center, teaching Bahasa Indonesia to foreign students and introducing them to Indonesian culture.

After that, Misha worked as an English-Indonesian Interpreter/Translator, providing simultaneous interpretation and written translation for various organizations including UNICEF, UNESCO, and Griffith University Australia. Misha then joined Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts as a Guest Service Officer and later as a Training Coordinator, where they served guests and coordinated employee training programs.

Misha also worked as a Human Resources Executive at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts and as a Customer Relations Manager at HotelQuickly Ltd, where they managed customer inquiries, coordinated with different teams, and implemented projects related to user experience. Misha then joined Karma Group Global as an Online Community & Reputation Manager, overseeing the online community and managing the company's online reputation.

Before their current role, Misha worked at Gardens of the Sun Jewelry as a Customer Happiness & HR Advisor, assisting clients in making decisions for their special occasions and providing HR support. Currently, they are a Customer Success Manager at Whatagraph, where they help customers achieve their goals through successful product use and provides onboarding sessions and consultations.

Throughout their career, Misha has gained experience in customer service, HR, training coordination, interpretation, translation, and community management.

Misha Johanna began their education in 2007 at Sanata Dharma University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Psychology. Misha completed their undergraduate studies in 2012. In 2014, they obtained several certifications including Human Resources (Online) from Open2Study, Diploma in Human Resources (Online) from ALISON - Free Online Learning, Interviewer Certification, Leadership Course 1 (General Supervisory), Certified Instructor, Train The Trainer, and Customer Care Program from Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts.

From 2019 to 2021, Misha Johanna attended Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University, where they pursued a Master in Social Sciences with a focus on International Relations and Political Science. Currently, they are planning to pursue further education in Data Analytics at Turing College starting in 2023.
