Karyna Hornostai is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in innovation management, business development, and marketing communications. Currently serving as Manager and Lead Venture Architect at WhatAVenture since August 2019, Karyna focuses on Go2Market strategies for corporate startups and develops communications campaigns. Karyna’s previous roles include National Product Head at AIESEC in Austria, where oversight of operational activities across multiple locations was maintained, and Marketing Communication Manager at DealMatrix, responsible for growth strategy implementation.
