David Jones

David Jones has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. David began their career as a Marketing Director at HPI Healthcare in 1986 before moving on to Diagnostek, Inc as a VP of Marketing. At Diagnostek, they managed corporate marketing and sales, generating over $100 million in annual sales.

In 1996, Jones joined Jones Intercable as the Director of Marketing, where they oversaw B2C acquisition marketing and developed lead nurture and retention programs. David then transitioned to Charter Communications in 1999 as the Regional Director of Marketing, managing B2C acquisition and upgrade marketing for the national broadband cable company, including new product launches in multiple markets.

Jones later served as the VP of Strategy & Planning at Energi Creative Partners, directing strategy and planning for the advertising agency's clients, including LA County Museum of Art and Comcast. David then joined Kaiser Permanente as the Practice Leader of Marketing in 2004, where they built annual marketing plans and directed multi-channel B2C and B2B strategies.

From 2011 to 2014, Jones worked at KERN as the National Account Director, overseeing brand integration and revenue generating initiatives for various global brands through a mix of marketing channels and customer insights. David then joined Premier America Credit Union in 2014 as the VP of Marketing, where they developed and executed annual strategic marketing plans to increase brand recognition and member engagement.

Currently, Jones serves as the Chief Marketing Officer at Whatcom Educational Credit Union-WECU. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing strategic consumer and business marketing and planning, as well as developing the strategic positioning of WECU's corporate brand and product portfolios.

Throughout their career, Jones has demonstrated expertise in strategic marketing, brand positioning, customer acquisition, and building integrated lead nurture strategies.

David Jones has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Advertising from Syracuse University. David also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Journalism from Buffalo State University.
