Rachel Strachan

Rachel Strachan is an accomplished finance and accounting professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Finance and Accounting at Whatcom Educational Credit Union (WECU®) since April 2016, Rachel has demonstrated expertise in financial management. Prior to this position, Rachel held the title of VP & Controller at Peoples Bank from July 2007 to March 2016, where significant contributions were made to the organization's financial operations.
