Virginia Shelton

Virginia Shelton is an experienced professional with a diverse background in community development, outreach, and charitable giving. Currently serving as Charitable Giving Lead and Community Impact Representative at Whatcom Educational Credit Union-WECU® since June 2017, Virginia has also held significant roles at the Girl Scouts of Western Washington and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central New Mexico. Virginia's expertise includes lead generation, troop formation, and utilizing digital marketing for volunteer recruitment. Additionally, Virginia has experience as a Bereavement Facilitator for teens, an Administrative Assistant, and in regional account management. Virginia Shelton holds a degree from Western Governors University and attended the University of Oklahoma.
