Ben Brodie

Ben Brodie is a senior software engineer at Whatnot. Ben previously worked at CAIS from November 2019 to October 2021, where they were a senior software engineer and tech lead for CAISIQ, the leading learning platform for financial advisors. Ben built the greenfield web application for CAISIQ (React + Kotlin) and developed both the frontend and backend. Ben also created full stack tests for the CAIS platform (Elixir Wallaby), allowing faster feature development with confidence.

Ben Brodie has a Bachelor’s Degree in Analytic Philosophy from New York University and a Minor in Computer Science. Ben also has a certification from Triplebyte in Triplebyte certified Generalist Software Engineer.
