Brett Hirsch

Brett Hirsch currently serves as Commercial Counsel at Whatnot since January 2023. Prior to this role, Brett spent nearly nine years at GoPro, progressing through various positions including Sr. Director of Business Development & Associate General Counsel, Principal Counsel and Business Development Director, Senior Counsel for Legal & Business Affairs, and Legal Counsel for Marketing. Additional experience includes a Graduate Law Clerk position at the United States Olympic Committee, Business and Legal Affairs at the National Basketball Coaches Association, and Business Affairs for IMG clients. Earlier roles also include a Law Clerk at the United States Olympic Committee, a Legal Intern at WWE, and an Inside Sales Representative for the Anaheim Ducks. Brett holds a JD from New York Law School and a BA in Sports Management with a minor in Business Administration from the University of the Pacific.
