Victoria Sönksen has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. Victoria began their career as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at FGV in 2014. In 2015, they took on the role of Project Manager at Empresa Júnior - Fundação Getulio Vargas. In 2016, they worked as a Project Manager at Quintessa. In 2019, Victoria joined Vitalk as a People Manager and Project Manager. In this role, they were responsible for the chatbot project reaching over 20,000 pregnant women in Brazil, donor relations, and project implementation. Victoria was also a co-founder and active participant of the company’s Diversity & Inclusion committee. In 2022, Victoria was appointed Head of People at Tuvis.

Victoria Sönksen has a diverse educational background. Victoria completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas between 2014 and 2017. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London between 2012 and 2013. Victoria also completed their high school studies at King's College, Soto de Viñuelas between 2009 and 2012. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications: Formação Executiva em Business Partner de RH from FGV in March 2022, and Leadership Communication from FIAP in January 2022.
