Rich DeRose

Rich DeRose has been in the business world since 1991. Rich began their career at Global Heath Solutions as the Chief Executive Officer, where they were responsible for account acquisitions and employee professional development. Rich then moved on to HeartVantages in 2015, taking on the role of Co-Chief Executive Officer. Most recently, they have been the CEO and Co-Founder of Whatz2eat since 2019.

Rich DeRose began their educational journey in 1977 when they graduated from Foothill High School with a High School Diploma in Science. Rich then went on to UC Irvine where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Epidemiology in 1984. In 1986, they graduated from the Aviation Officer Candidate School, United States Navy with a degree in Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology, General. From 1988 to 1989, they attended the Naval School of Health Sciences and earned a degree in Paramedicine as an Emergency Medical Technician- Paramedic. Lastly, in 1989 they attended the Naval Sea & Air Rescue Candidate School and earned a degree in Search & Rescue Paramedic.
