Bob Skaggs has extensive experience in project supervision within the construction and energy sectors, currently serving as Project Superintendent at WHC Energy Services since October 2015. Previously, Bob held the same title at Troy Construction from March 2010 to October 2015 and worked as a Safety/Environmental Coordinator at Ranger Plant Constructional Company, Inc. from April 2007 to October 2010. Bob attended Eastern Kentucky University from 1978 to 1980 and graduated from Boyd County High School.
