Carma Matti-Jackson, MBA is the President/CEO at WHCA and has a background in consulting for senior service providers, strategic planning, change management, and government & professional research. Prior to their current role, Carma worked as the Director of Financial and Integration Services at LeadingAge Washington, as a Senior Fiscal Analyst for the Washington State Legislature, and as an Assistant Chief of Finance at the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services. Additionally, Carma has experience as a Project Manager at Sagem Morpho (Biometrics) and as an Assistant to the Dean at Pacific Lutheran University.
