Samantha Kummerer

Samantha Kummerer is an experienced investigative reporter currently working at 7 NEWS, WHDH-TV since October 2023. Previously, Samantha held roles at ABC11 Eyewitness News - WTVD from April 2020 to October 2023, where responsibilities included pitching, filming, and editing weekly investigations while assisting fellow reporters with data analysis and scriptwriting. Earlier experience includes positions as an investigative reporter and producer at WMBF, an investigative and assignment desk intern at CNBC, and multimedia reporter roles at various organizations including the Columbia Missourian and Newsy. Samantha's education includes a Master's Degree in Investigative/Data Reporting and a Bachelor's Degree in Convergence Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
