Thomas Cunningham

Thomas Cunningham is a seasoned news producer with extensive experience in broadcasting and sports journalism. Currently serving as a News Producer at 7 NEWS, WHDH-TV since May 2020, Thomas previously held the same position at WPRI-12 from November 2017 to May 2020. Prior experience includes roles as Broadcast Manager, Broadcaster/Writer, and Online Editor with the Quinnipiac Bobcats Sports Network, where responsibilities encompassed supervising live broadcasts and preparing content for various sports. Additional contributions to Q30 Television as a Basketball Beat Reporter and Production Assistant further enriched Thomas's expertise. An early internship as a Sports Intern at Univision Communications Inc. complements academic credentials, including a Bachelor's Degree in Broadcast Journalism from Quinnipiac University.
