Omar Kobzili has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 2002 at WWRD Holdings Limited as an Export Sales Manager. Omar later worked for Philips Avent - Royal Philips Electronics, DAP, MCC as an Export Sales Manager MEA. In 2007, they joined Morphy Richards as an International Sales Manager. From 2008 to 2015, they held various roles at HoMedics, including Head of Sales - international distributors and International Sales Director. After that, they worked for Nelsons as the General Manager of Emerging Markets (MEA, AP, CIS). In 2018, they founded Nøhr Kobzili Consulting, where they served as Founder. Omar then held the position of Director of Commercial Development and Delivery at Cam Cam Copenhagen. From 2021 to 2023, they worked at Liewood A/S, first as Responsable des Ventes France and later as Regional Manager for France, BeNelux, and Southern Europe. Currently, they work as the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at Wheat (Offspring A/S), starting in 2023.
Omar Kobzili completed their education in various institutions. Omar started their academic journey at Université de Reims Champagne-Ardenne, where they obtained a DEUG in Sciences Economiques et Gestion with a focus on Economie, Gestion. Afterwards, they pursued a degree in International Business at Universite Lille 1, earning a DESS in COMEX - commerce international Franco-Britannique. Omar also attended National College of Ireland, where they pursued a BA in European Business. Additionally, they completed a MSG - Maitrise de Sciences de Gestion option international from Université de Reims Champagne-Ardenne.

Wheat was founded in 2002 in Denmark by Charlotte and Peter Galsgaard. With her clean lines, light color combinations and original patterns, Wheat’s chief designer Charlotte eloquently carries on the Scandinavian design tradition. For Charlotte, children have always been her focus. Having raised three children of her own, she understands the special demands of children’s wear. Each garment is therefore tailored for a child’s wear and tear. The use of natural fabrics and adjustable elastic waists ensures the child's wellbeing and freedom of movement. When wearing Wheat, children embody the relaxed Scandinavian lifestyle of quality and comfort. Wheat's strong design philosophy, together with Charlotte's desire to interact closely with both manufacturers and consumers, has paved the way for a well-organized, successful company that continues to grow season after season.
