Amy Donnelly

Amy Donnelly is an experienced professional in the field of insolvency and housing law. Since July 2019, Amy has been serving as a Housing Officer at Wheatley Group. Prior to this role, Amy worked as an Associate at Harper Macleod LLP from April 2014 to July 2019, specializing in personal insolvency. Amy's expertise includes raising sequestration proceedings, advising trustees on asset recovery, and handling applications in sequestration. From March to September 2014, Amy was a legal secondee at Accountant in Bankruptcy, where in-house legal advice was provided, and Amy contributed to the development of significant insolvency legislation in Scotland. Amy's earlier career at Harper Macleod LLP included positions as a Solicitor in the litigation team and as a Trainee Solicitor. Amy holds an LLB in Law from the University of Strathclyde, completed in 2006.
