Angela Howarth

Angela Howarth is currently the Business Excellence Frameworks Manager at Wheatley Group. Prior to this, Angela held positions at Quality Scotland and The City of Edinburgh Council in the areas of quality, continuous improvement, and performance management. Angela also worked as a Quality Development Manager at West Lothian Council and has educational backgrounds in Life & Executive Coaching, Total Quality Management, and International Management.
