Stephen Devine

Stephen Devine is an experienced leader in business growth and sustainability with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Director of Assets and Sustainability at Wheatley Group since January 2011, Stephen also holds the title of Director of Business Growth, focusing on diversifying and expanding the business. Prior to this, Stephen was a Deputy Director at The Scottish Government from March 2003 to January 2011, where responsibilities included driving efficiency and delivery in various sectors such as enterprise and social housing. Stephen's earlier professional experience includes roles as Head of Consultancy at Nortel Networks and Management Consultant at Deloitte Consulting. Academically, Stephen holds an MSc in Satellite Communications from the University of Surrey and an undergraduate degree from the University of the West of Scotland.
