Phil Strzalka

Phil Strzalka serves as the Executive Director of Wheaton Academy Institute and the Business & Innovation Program Director at Wheaton Academy since June 2022. Prior to these roles, Phil was the Managing Director at Huron Consulting Group from May 2008 to June 2022, where expertise was demonstrated in organizational transformation for large institutions, focusing on operating model redesign, business process improvement, talent management, and technology initiatives. Previously, Phil was a Partner at Wildman Harrold Allen & Dixon LLP from 2005 to 2008, leading the compensation and benefits practice and providing counsel on executive compensation and retirement plans. Phil holds a Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois Chicago.
