Lee-Ann Pienaar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Lee-Ann is currently employed as a Financial Accountant at Wheaton Precious Metals since 2022. Lee-Ann'sresponsibilities included reporting to managers and partners, managing audit engagements and teams, planning audits, preparing financial statements, and handling tax-related matters. Lee-Ann worked with clients in various industries such as manufacturing, agriculture, retail, property management, real estate, construction, property development, and architecture.

Lee-Ann started their career as an Audit Trainee at LDP Chartered Accountants and Auditors Inc in 2015 and worked there until December 2017. As an Audit Trainee, they gained experience in auditing, tax, accounting, management accounting, and financial analysis. Lee-Ann supported managers and partners in various tasks, including planning, risk assessment, budgeting, and performing audit procedures.

Before their career in accounting, Lee-Ann gained customer service experience in the food and beverage industry. Lee-Ann worked as a Waitress at Oppi Dorp from April 2013 to December 2017. Additionally, they worked as a Sales Representative for Buttanut from January 2014 to July 2015, where they promoted and sold their product at local markets and food and wine festivals. Lee-Ann also worked as an Aupair for Paul Barnard from January to September 2014, taking care of three young girls and assisting with their daily activities and homework.

Lee-Ann Pienaar's education history begins in 2009 at Outeniqua Highschool, where they obtained their Matric Certificate in 2010. In 2011, they enrolled in Stellenbosch University and completed their BAccounting degree in 2014. Then, in 2017, Lee-Ann pursued further education at the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika, where they obtained their CTA (Certificate in the Theory of Accounting) in January of that year. Continuing their studies, in 2018, they attended the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) and passed Part I - Initial Test of Competence (ITC) in the field of Accounting and Finance. Later that year, they also completed Part II - Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) at SAICA. Finally, in July 2019, they obtained their CA(SA) certification from SAICA.
