Harvard Townsend

Harvard Townsend has extensive experience in IT leadership, currently serving at Wheaton College since July 2012 as Director of Infrastructure and Security, where oversight of enterprise IT infrastructure includes ensuring security, reliability, and efficiency. Prior to this role, Harvard Townsend was the Chief Information Security Officer at Kansas State University from June 1998 to June 2012, leading the development and implementation of the university's information systems security program. Harvard Townsend's career also includes a position as Director of Computing and Network Services at Kansas State University. Harvard Townsend holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife Biology, both from Kansas State University.
