Blake Rios is an experienced professional specializing in background risk assessment, currently serving as the Criminal Review Manager at WHEDCo since March 2010, where responsibility includes overseeing the background risk assessment department. Previously held roles include Background Risk Specialist at WHEDCo, and Head Baseball Coach at New York Bluebird and the New York Bluebirds, along with coaching at Jaws and Taino Little League. Blake Rios holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Monroe University, completed from 2004 to 2007, and a diploma from Cardinal Hayes High School, earned between 1998 and 2002.
